Live Animal Shipping
At Love My Frog, we take shipping our live critters very seriously! Our process involves several steps to ensure your animals get to you safe and sound.
- Live frogs are shipped overnight only. Tadpoles may be shipped with Priority or Overnight shipping, weather permitting.
- Overnight orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. Saturday delivery is available upon request; please contact for rates.
- During the stress of shipping, it is normal for live frogs to change their usual color. This is completely normal, so do not be surprised. They usually return to their regular color within a couple of days after settling into their new environment.
- Boxes are marked “Live Animals” and “Fragile” to notify the carrier of the contents and ensure careful treatment.

Dry Goods Shipping
Our dry goods may include supplies, food, decor and any non-live product.
- Dry goods are generally shipped within 1-2 days of placing the order.
- Dry goods that are shipped free may be upgraded to faster shipping if desired.
- If any dry goods item arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or a replacement at no additional charge.
