If your order has not yet shipped, we are usually able to combine your order and help you save on shipping.

Frogs and tadpoles are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. Tracking information is sent when your order gets processed. Please make sure to check your spam and junk mail for the tracking email. If you haven’t gotten your tracking information, it probably has not shipped yet. Please also allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship, though usually we send out the order the following week after an order is placed.
